This was a complete platform design project for In-Person Technologies (IOPT), a digital marketplace for buying and selling assets (Photos, Videos, 3D Models). My scope covered the public website and the three internal dashboards (Buyer, Seller, and Super Admin).
My Approach
The main goal was to design a comprehensive digital marketplace. My role focused on creating a premium, futuristic look for the public website and designing clear, functional information architecture for the three distinct user dashboards.
Vision and Innovation
Vision – The vision was to position IOPT as a leading-edge marketplace.
Innovation – Innovation involved architecting three unique internal dashboards (Buyer, Seller, Admin) to handle complex e-commerce, content, and administrative needs.
Final Design – The visual design uses a deep blue, high-contrast, futuristic theme to convey technology and quality.
Identifying Unique Challenges
Problem – The main problem was designing an interface that could clearly display three very different asset types (Photos, Video, 3D Assets).
Resolution – This was solved by creating clear content categories for filtering on the homepage and designing flexible content feeds to neatly handle the varying sizes of the assets.
Resolving Complex Problems
Problem – The most complex problem was designing the Seller Dashboard, which needed to manage uploads, sales analytics, and earnings reports efficiently.
Solution – This was resolved by designing a highly organized, modular layout for all dashboards, including the Super Admin Dashboard for streamlined moderation and management.
User-Centric Design
The design flow prioritizes quick asset discovery for buyers on the public website.
The Seller and Admin dashboards were designed for functional efficiency, placing complex financial and moderation tools in easily accessible, well-organized modules.
The overall aesthetic uses the futuristic blue theme to create an engaging and premium user environment for long working sessions.
Meeting User Needs
Buyers – Quick discovery through prominent search and content categories.
Sellers – All necessary analytics and financial tools to track performance and earnings.
Administrators – Streamlined tools for content moderation and user management.

Conclusion
The IOPT design successfully established a professional, high-tech brand identity and provided a robust, organized, and scalable UI/UX for all three core user dashboards required to run a complex digital content marketplace.
